I wanted to send this letter to thank You, Tom and Brian for all your help and patience. The family is looking forward to getting a lot of vacation time in the years to come. The people at RCI were very helpful. Also if you notice on the exchange we ended up with a three bedroom 1400 square foot condo in Lake Buena Vista, Florida over Thanksgiving. Disney World here we come!!!

P.S. Looking forward to seeing all of our friends in February could you please confirm our reservations a.s.a.p. so we can tell them before they leave. Also we invited two other families to stop by.

Hi!

This is Ginny and John saying 'hello' from 'Club Bali Hai' Resort in Moorea, French Polynesia.

We bought the timeshare from you in March. It has been superb! So far we went to Tobago, twice to Florida, and Puerto Vallarta (stayed at Los Tulles Vila Vallarta-just wonderful) and now we are in the south Pacific for 3 weeks. After this week, we will head to Bora Bora and Maupiti.

We have had a wonderful experience trading our timeshare through RCI. We have traded for St. Martin this past may, Kauai, Hawaii in January and are booked for Williamsburg, Virginia this coming May. HI!

We are in Hawaii. We've exchanged for a week in Waikiki and a week in Maui at the Kahona Falls.

We've been doing a lot of sightseeing and shopping in Waikiki. We'll relax and sun & swim in Maui.

This is the perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

We have been long time guests at Shanty Creek and have debated ownership for several years. The idea of timesharing has made us nervous ever since my brother had an unfortunate experience with it. I must say ours has been nothing less than a pleasure to work with from the start and the organization is nothing less than professional.

Even though Shanty Creek has been our favorite spot 'up north', it is that much more enjoyable coming up as an owner, knowing our condo will be just as we expect it. The staff at the Vacation Club has seen to it that all is ready upon our arrival and are quick to take care of our needs.

The flexibility of the point system and membership in RCI were the things that made Shanty Creek ownership far more attractive than others. We'll soon be enjoying a week at a 'Gold Key' resort in Mexico in December of this year and are planning an exchange for our accommodations at a business convention in Orlando.

Our Crosswinds condo has been everything we hoped for and are looking forward to years of enjoyment and peace of mind knowing our piece of Shanty Creek is waiting for us each time we arrive. Thanks for everything and we'll see you in September!

We are very happy that we bought property at Shanty Creek Resorts. We were treated with respect and honesty that is a rare thing these days. Vacation Properties Network Marketing has kept their word on every aspect of our contract. Our condo at Crosswinds is very beautiful. I am writing to express the shear pleasure the Shanty Creek ownership has provided for my wife, children and myself. We have enjoyed watching the seasons change and marvel at how each one lends its own complexion to the Resort. RCI has awarded the Gold Crown Award to the Resort and we agree.

We have just returned from Hilton Head Island, as part of an RCI exchange. The RCI personnel worked hard to secure the exchange and saved us approximately fifty percent (50%) on our airfare.

I thank you for all the support and direction you have provided. Shanty Creek's overall atmosphere is one of excellence. Thank you and continue the great work.

After being labeled the second hardest sell, I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much Vicky and I enjoy our Snow Shoe condo. Shanty Creek is truly a family oriented Resort, with a lot to offer for most anyone. All the fears of being taken advantage of have disappeared.

RCI: We made an exchange to Florida for spring break in Ft. Myers with no hassle. We are also waiting to get a confirmation to Hawaii.

Vacation Club: We decide to convert our four weeks into points and the staff from the Vacation Club have been outstanding managing them. We booked the week of July 4th this summer. This winter we got all the weekends that we requested to ski, six weekends in all so far.

You know that my wife was very hesitant about buying, but with reluctance she went along with the purchase. I can't tell you how right you were showing us that this was the type of vacation ownership we were looking for to take vacations both in and out of the United States. We have just returned from a Florida vacation and we stayed with R.C.I. in a beautiful condo on Lido Beach called the Suntide Island Beach Club, and it was within walking distance of the famous St. Armans Circle. We also have reservations for June at Shanty and we are staying the week of the 4th of July at Shanty Creek. Our name is on file for August at Shanty too!!! Thanks for all you have done for us we really appreciate it. We felt there was a lot of sincerity in Vacation Properties Network s Sales people. Thanks again we are sure having fun!
